How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1- 2 business days. Expected delivery time with standard shipping is 2-8 business days across Canada and 3 to 10 days across United States. To track the status of your orders, click Track My Order. Once an order is processed and shipped out, you should receive an email regarding your order’s shipping status containing a tracking number as well as a link to access the shipping service website to trace your parcel.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you ship international?
Unfortunately, for the moment we only ship in North America.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes we do!
When will my pre-order ship?
You will find the start ship date of your pre-order purchase on your order confirmation and/or on the product page. You can also contact our customer service team and they will gladly assist to give you the information.
Where do you ship from?
Our orders ship can ship from one of our multiple warehouses in Canada and United States.
Duties and taxes for orders in the USA?
United States shipments may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, these such fees are established once they arrive at your country. Any and all additional charges for customs clearance are the client’s responsibility Unfortunately, we have no way of establishing the fees precisely.

What’s your exchange policy?
Didn’t purchase the right product? No worries, we can exchange the product within 30 days from the purchase date. Our customer service team will be able to assist with the exchange and can even help you decide on a different product
What’s your return policy?

At our company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please provide us with an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.

Please note that the returned item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date that the order was originally shipped. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a credit back to your account in the same form of payment that was used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will also receive an email confirmation once the return processing is completed.

What are the return fee's?

At our company, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned. For your convenience, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return any item with ease.

However, please note that we do charge a return fee for our items. If you need to return any luggage piece, there is a flat fee of $19.99 per box. For non-travel items, the return fee is $14.99.

We want to ensure that you are fully informed of all fees associated with your purchase, so please keep these return fees in mind when making your purchase decision. How do I track the return I’ve sent back by mail?
You can track the status of your return in your return confirmation email. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for us to process your return, and up to one week after the processing period to receive a refund to your original form of payment.
