How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1- 2 business days. Expected delivery time with standard shipping is 2-8 business days across Canada and 3 to 10 days across United States. To track the status of your orders, click Track My Order. Once an order is processed and shipped out, you should receive an email regarding your order’s shipping status containing a tracking number as well as a link to access the shipping service website to trace your parcel.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Do you ship international?
Unfortunately, for the moment we only ship in North America.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes we do!
When will my pre-order ship?
You will find the start ship date of your pre-order purchase on your order confirmation and/or on the product page. You can also contact our customer service team and they will gladly assist to give you the information.
Where do you ship from?
Our orders ship can ship from one of our multiple warehouses in Canada and United States.
Duties and taxes for orders in the USA?
United States shipments may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, these such fees are established once they arrive at your country. Any and all additional charges for customs clearance are the client’s responsibility Unfortunately, we have no way of establishing the fees precisely.

Returns

What’s your exchange policy?
Didn’t purchase the right product? No worries, we can exchange the product within 30 days from the purchase date. Our customer service team will be able to assist with the exchange and can even help you decide on a different product
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for our products. Products must still be in their original packaging and have all their hangtags. Please contact or customer service team or complete this form to receive the prepaid return label. For the customers that purchased on our website, we can give an additional 10 days (40 days in total) to return the item in its original packaging, however a re-stocking fee of $8.99 per item returned will be deducted from the refund.
How do I track the return I’ve sent back by mail?
You can track the status of your return in your return confirmation email. Please allow 2 – 4 business days for us to process your return, and up to one week after the processing period to receive a refund to your original form of payment.
